Firefighters Battle Seven Acre Brush Fire | Porter Ranch
05.15.2022 | 3:28 PM | PORTER RANCH – LAFD responded to a reported brush fire.
Firefighters arrived to find 1 to 2 acres of brush burning between homes and the 118 freeway.
Firefighters fought the fire from the air and ground stopping the forward rate of spread in an hour.
One vehicle was destroyed by the fire in a park and ride lot.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
The fire is under investigation.
The eastbound off ramp to Porter Ranch Dr will be closed till firefighters clear the scene.
