Firefighters Battle Major Emergency Fire | Los Angeles

10.27.2022 | 7:33 PM | LOS ANGELES – LAFD responded to reported structure fire.

Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke and fire showing from the second floor of a three-story commercial building.

The building was a previous burn about a year ago, preventing firefighters from attacking the fire from inside.

Firefighters used heavy streams in a defensive attack, protecting surrounding buildings.

The fire has burned for close to 3 hours with firefighters still putting water on hot spots.

At one-point firefighters had to reposition for fear of collapse.

At this time no injuries have been reported and the cause will be under investigation.
