Firefighters Battle House Fire | San Bernardino
1.03.2021 | 10:56 PM | SAN BERNARDINO – A home was severely damaged after flames ripped through the roof Sunday night.
San Bernardino County Firefighters responded to the 3500 Block of Parkside Drive shortly before 11 PM for the reported blaze.
Upon arrival, the first arriving engine reported working structure fire with heavy smoke coming from the roof.
Firefighters made a quick attack on the fire in an attempt to save the home and nearby structures.
Firefighters knocked down the majority of the fire in about 15 minutes, saving the home from being completely destroyed or spreading to nearby homes.
It’s unknown if or how many residences were displaced due to the fire.
It not known what exactly caused the fire and the fire will be investigated to determine the cause.
There were no reports of any injuries to firefighters or residence due to the fire.
