Firefighters Battle Brush Fire From Air & Ground

DETAILS:

1. “The Monument Fire” has broken out in the middle of the riverbed.
2. The cause is unknown.
3. Access is difficult due to the heavy vegetation.
4. A Type 3 strike team and two hand crews have been requested.
5. SDPD officers are present in case of any evacuations of the nearby ranches are needed.
6. SDFD Copter 3 and SDSO Copter 10 are dropping water on the fire.
7. Several Fire Agencies are present.
