Firefighter Injured Fighting House Fire

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 8-1-25 | 9:12 p.m.
LOCATION: 7617 Wedgewood
AREA/CITY: Houston
DETAILS:

1. A FF from station 28 was transported to the hospital. She is expected to survive.
2. No other injuries besides the FF.
3. Fire was escalated to a two-alarm after Mayday was called.
4. Cause of fire is under investigation.
