1. 3 mobile homes up in flames with explosions seen and heard
2. 2 civilian victims transported and one firefighter checked after a flashover and or explosion from a possible paint can caught him on fire (caught on camera @ 5:45 Mark)
3. A 2nd alarm was called for this fire
4. Packrat conditions
