Fifteen People Rescued After Vehicle Hits Apartment | Los Angeles

06.15.2022 | 7:57 PM | LOS ANGELES – LAFD responded to a reported traffic accident.

Units arrived to find a solo vehicle into a staircase.

Firefighters deemed the stairs unsafe to use.

Firefighters had to use ladders to rescue fifteen people including children from the second-floor units.

One older gentleman had to be brought down using a litter basket operation.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

Police are investigating the crash, there was a report that shots may have been fired at the driver causing her to crash, but there has been no confirmation of that.

Building and safety is on scene and is checking the units now.
