Fiery Fatal Semi-Truck Crash

LOCATION: SB 215 South of Orange Show

DETAILS:

1. On October 2nd 2025 at about 1:55 AM, CHP, San Bernardino County Fire, and AMR responded to a reported traffic collision on the Southbound 215 Freeway, just South of Orange Show in San Bernardino.
2. CHP arrived at the scene and located a semi with dual trailers overturned and the cab on fire.
3. San Bernardino County Fire arrived, extinguished the fire, and unfortunately located the driver deceased inside.
4. CHP has requested CalTrans to respond to the scene for a hard closure while officer investigate the fatal collision.
5. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
6. No other information was provided at the scene.
