Fiery Crash Shuts Down Freeway

DETAILS:

1. LAFD & CHP responded to a report of a fiery crash
2. Witnesses advised officers that they were unsure if the driver made it out of the car
3. Officers arrived to find a Chevy SUV engulfed in flames
4. There was a Toyota SUV further ahead that had been rear-ended by the Chevy SUV
5. Firefighters arrived and quickly knocked down the flames
6. Crews determined there was no one in the vehicle
7. It is unclear where the driver went
8. No injuries reported
9. It appears the Chevy rear-ended the Toyota at a high rate of speed
