- Per the semi driver, a car accident with an unknown amount of cars had already taken place, with at least one vehicle blacked out.
- The semi driver hit a SUV & sedan causing major damage to the semi and both vehicles.
- A woman was pronounced DOA in the SUV, she was the driver and her son was with her. (unknown age)
- Unknown other amount of injuries.
