Felony Injury Pursuit Crash | Chula Vista

01.27.2022 | 9:50 AM | CHULA VISTA – A witness called the Police to report a male driving recklessly on city streets and directed officers to the suspect.

Officers attempted to pull the driver over and he fled at high speed.

The suspect drove into the intersection of Hilltop Dr & E. H St and ran the red light.

He collided with the male driver of the red car and they both went onto the southeast corner of the intersection.

The male victim has his elderly mother with him and she was already suffering from a broken arm and it was in a cast.

The suspect had to be taken out of the car.

All 3 were injured and transported to local hospitals

All lanes are blocked except for the westbound E. H St lanes.
