Felony DUI Female Causes Head-On Crash | San Diego

01.26.2022 | 2:37 AM | SAN DIEGO – The 21-year-old female driver of the truck went the wrong way from University Ave towards Hwy 163.

She crashed head-on into a male driving the car.

The male suffered a broken ankle other lacerations and was transported to a local hospital.

The female was arrested for felony DUI.

The female was transported for minor injuries.

The northbound Hwy 163 off-ramp to University Ave. has been shut down for hours.
