- Daly City Police and Fire Departments Responded to reports of a vehicle that had exploded.
- Upon arrival officers located a debris field surrounding a vehicle that appeared to have exploded.
- Witnesses stated a suspect had fled the area carrying a knife.
- Reports indicated a suitcase and propane tank were in the vehicle and intact.
- The San Mateo County Sheriff Bomb Squad Responded to assist.
- FBI and ATF Agents were requested to the scene
- Officers located the suspect on a cliffside and a cliff rescue response was activated.
- CHP H30 Rescued the suspect and transported him to Stanford hospital.
- Officials are still at the scene and investigating.
