Fatal Vehicle Vs Pedestrian Hit & Run Crash

DETAILS:

1. According to Lt. Frank. Gutierrez, with Santa Ana Police Department, Santa Ana Police Department and Orange County Fire Authority responded to a reported vehicle vs a pedestrian.
2. When units arrived they found one person down in the roadway, and no vehicle in the area..
3. That person was pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics
4. Northbound and and southbound lanes in the area are shut down for several hours while police investigate.
5. There is some debris from a vehicle that was left behind at the scene.
