- Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a single vehicle rollover collision.
- Upon arrival, crews located a UTV on its side.
- One occupant from the vehicle was ejected during the crash and pronounced deceased on scene.
- A second occupant was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
- Beardsley Road is currently closed between 41st Avenue and 51st Avenue while Phoenix Police Vehicular Crimes Unit detectives investigate the crash.
