Fatal Single Vehicle Traffic Accident | Fullerton

01.23.2022 | 8:24 PM | FULLERTON – California Highway Patrol, Westminster responded to a single vehicle traffic collision. When they arrived they found an SUV that had rolled, there were 3 occupants in the vehicle. 1 patient was extricated, another self extricated. All three occupants were transported. One of the occupants was transported in full arrest and fire fighters were providing life saving measures, the 2nd and 3rd occupants were transported with minor injuries. The Accident Has Since turned fatal. All lanes in the area of Magnolia and SR91 WB are closed. No more details are available at this time.
