1. At least one person shot and killed on Los Angeles St Just North of 5th St.
2. LAPD was advised of shots fired on Los Angeles St
3. Officers arrived and found a man down
4. LAFD Paramedics declared the man deceased
5. Several witnesses state there was an altercation prior to the shooting
