Fatal Shooting in Seattle

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 7-27-24 00:25
LOCATION: E Spruce & Broadway Alley
AREA/CITY: Yesler Terrace Seattle
DETAILS:

1. Shots fired calls began coming in before 00:25
2. At 12:25 AM, a victim had been identified as down, and Fire/Aid/Medics were added
3. Once on, SPD found the victim pulseless near the entry to the parking garage, and CPR was started
4. Ultimately, the victim was pronounced deceased on the scene
5. Witnesses described up to 2 cars and three black males involved
