DETAILS:
- at approximately 20:22 shots rang out with multiple fleeing and one down in the parking lot
- Federal Way PD arrived located one and began CPR
- Fire and KCM1 arrive to take over PT care, but ultimately pronounced the VIC deceased on scene
- A vehicle was observed near porch light apartments, it was towed and a fire arm was recovered
- A short pursuit also took place with minimal detail
