DETAILS:
- HPD S Central officers located a male with a gunshot wound
- HFD responded to the scene, triaging and transporting the male to a nearby trauma center
- Male succumbed to his injuries at the hospital
- During the course of their investigation, officers learned that the male, 21 was shot 1 time
- male made his way to a friends porch, where he was located by officers
- Anyone with information is asked to call HPD Homicide or crimestoppers
