LOCATION: 200 block of greens road

DETAILS:
- Unsanctioned car meet was happening at the old greens point mall parking lot
- 1 late teen was found shot and pronounced deceased on the scene
- HPD encourages anyone with information to contact police
- on Sundays North Belt Patrol usually responds to this area for car meetups, reckless driving, doing donuts, and firing guns in the air
- HPD has taken previous action here including dispersing the car meetups and making arrests
- Some vehicles still remained on scene, some struck by gunfire, some fled the scene leaving their cars behind
- No victims with gunshot wounds have turned up at area hospitals
