Fatal Multi Vehicle Crash | Houston
03.12.2022 | 10:17 PM | HOUSTON – Emergency crews responded to reports of a 3 vehicle crash. It was reported a Range Rover was traveling eastbound on W Little York Rd. For some reason the Range Rover cross the center median into westbound lanes of W Little York Rd. The Range Rover then crashed head on into a Honda HRV, which caused the Range Rover to flip on its roof. The driver of the Range Rover was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected out of the vehicle. At the same time a Toyota Camry traveling westbound crashed into the side of the Honda. The crash caused the Range Rover to catch on fire which caused parts of the other vehicles to catch fire as well. The driver of the Range Rover that was ejected was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Honda HRV was transported by ambulance in serious condition but with non life threatening injuries. The Toyota Camry had a female juvenile driver, juvenile passenger and adult passenger. All three were transported by ambulance as a precaution. At this time alcohol does not appear to be a factor but pending investigation. It appears speed may be a factor in this crash. Investigation is on going.
