Fatal Motorcycle Pursuit Crash

DETAILS:
- On June 20th, 2025, at about 10:30 PM, an unknown agency was in pursuit of a motorcycle that was going Eastbound on the Westbound side of the 210 freeway when they crashed into the center divider, throwing the rider into a ravine.
- The motorcycle caught fire during the crash.
- Firefighters arrived at the scene, declared the rider deceased, and extinguished the motorcycle fire.
- At times during the pursuit, the motorcycle reached speeds as high as 125 MPH.
- The original want or the agency that was in pursuit is unknown at this time.
- The HOV and the number 1 lane of both the Eastbound and Westbound were closed for an unknown duration while officers conducted the investigation.
