LOCATION: northbound Eastex Feeder, North of Aldine Bender

DETAILS:

1. HPD and HFD responded to reports of a person down in lanes
2. arriving units located a male motorcycle rider down, and unresponsive
3. rider succumbed to his injuries
4. Speed may have been a factor
5. HPD VCD is working to determine the sequence of events prior to the crash
6. Roadway should be reopened by 6:00 or 7:00 AM
