- Dozens of people were fleeing the area by foot and by car as officers attempted to make their way to the reported victim.
- Officers located the unidentified victim in the front yard of a home on 31st Drive.
- Firefighters arrived a short time later and pronounced the victim deceased on scene.
- Several people have been detained at this time.
- Multiple shell casings were found near the victims location.
