- Phoenix Police responded to reports of shots fired at a house party.
- Upon arrival, a gunshot victim was discovered on scene.
- Officers extracted the victim from the scene and transported him to firefighters staged nearby.
- Firefighters pronounced the victim deceased on scene.
- Officers have detained over a dozen partygoers.
- The house where the party was held was quickly surrounded and officers issued commands over a loud speaker, ordering all occupants to exit the residence.
