Fatal High Speed Head-On Crash | Ramona

11.25.2022 | 4:47 AM | RAMONA – Witnesses told the CHP that the male driver of the gray sedan was eastbound on Hwy 78, speeding and passing cars unsafely on the two-lane road. The male driver of the white sedan was westbound and on a curve and a bridge, the driver of the gray sedan crossed into the oncoming westbound lane and collided with the white sedan. A Good Samaritan helped pull the victim of the white sedan out of his vehicle. The other driver was trapped. Firefighters removed the driver of the gray sedan, but he was declared deceased at the scene. Hwy 78 is closed from Caeser Dr to Momo Ln. in both directions, until at least 7:30 am for the investigation and removal of the vehicles. The other driver suffered a leg injury.
