Fatal Head-On Crash | Pasadena, TX

05.28.2022 | 1:45 AM | PASADENA, TX – Units were dispatched to a possible head on collision on the westbound lanes of the 225 freeway. At least one person was pronounced deceased at the scene per scanner traffic. There may be 3 other patients in unknown condition. Life Flight was dispatched to the scene but later canceled.
