Fatal Apartment Building Shooting in Monterey Heights

DETAILS:

1. LAPD received reports of an ambulance shooting at an apartment building in the Monterey Heights neighborhood.
2. LAFD and LAPD searched 2 buildings, finally locating the victim.
3. According to LAFD, the man did not survive.
4. Currently, LAPD officers are inside the building investigating the shooting.
5. The man was only described as being 60 a 60-year-old Male.
6. LAPD would not give me any details on the fatal shooting, just that it’s under investigation.
