Fast Moving Edge Hill Fire Burns Multiple Homes in San Bernardino

DETAILS:

1. Multiple structures have been destroyed and are still burning after a fast-moving brush fire tore through the edge hill area of a San Bernardino mountain town.
2. Firefighters arrived on the scene and found 5 acres burning, in light fuels with a rapid rate of spread, immediately threatening structures. Police have been requested for evacuations.
3. Multiple additional resources were requested, as well as mutual aid from the city of Riverside Fire Department.
4. Firefighters are working an aggressive structure defense mission to protect surrounding homes from the heat and fire of the burning homes.
