DETAILS:

1. HPD and HFD responded to reports of a shooting
2. arriving units located a male down in the stairway with multiple gunshot wounds
3. a female was located with a gunshot wound to the leg
4. female transported and male pronounced deceased at scene
5. prelim info- deceased male is in the middle of a divorce with female who was shot in the leg
6. Female and her brother were inside with 3 children when Husband returned and began a fight
7. husband and brother began fighting in brothers bedroom, which escalated to both parties pulling guns and shooting
8. Brother fled the scene. unknown if injured
