DETAILS:
- LBPD arrived to reports of a motorcycle rider down, upon arrival, the rider was unconscious and not breathing.
- LBPD did CPR until LBFD arrived, LBFD confirmed the victim deceased.
- Witnesses in the area stated it was a hit & run, while others state it might have been a solo accident.
- Family and Friends are on scene mourning the death of the rider, TIPS is comforting them.
- LBPD is investigating, all 4 directions of traffic are blocked for further investigation.
