DETAILS:

  1. High winds continue in the city of Anaheim into Friday.
  2. The high winds are pictured removing tarps from the sides of buildings, and leaving tree branches on top of vehicles.
  3. The NWS Wind Advisory remains in effect in the area through Saturday at Noon, noting expected gusts with a high of 55mph.
  4. A heat advisory also remains in effect through 8pm Saturday with highs expected to be 95°.
  5. Officials warn that gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may be a result of the wind event.
