Elementary School Fire

LOCATION: 11101 S Yukon Ave
AREA/CITY: Inglewood
DETAILS:

1. At least 2 classrooms were damaged in a bungalow fire at Worthington Elementary School
2. LACOFD arrived to smoke and flames showing out the roof of the building
3. It took about 25 minutes to get a handle on the fire
4. A air-condition unit on top was an issue for the firefighters below
5. School chairs and other supplies could be seen damaged
6. Firefighters had to cut and break open classroom doors
