Elderly Man Rescued After Jeep Crashes Down Canyon | San Diego

11.15.22 | 12:05 pm | San Diego – A male in his 70’s had to be rescued from a canyon after his Jeep went off of the roadway.

The Jeep stopped when it went into a tree after hitting several trees on its way down into the canyon.

He was unconscious for a short time and firefighters brought him back up to street level.

He was transported to a local hospital with a complaint of pain to his head, back, and arms.

The male told the firefighters that he was eastbound on President’s Way when another car came into his lane head-on and he swerved to avoid it.
