El Monte: Man Gunned Down At Apartment Complex

12.01.2018 | 10:25 PM | EL MONTE – Detectives were investigating after a man was fatally gunned down in an apartment complex, Saturday night.

Police and fire officials responded to numerous calls of a shooting with a person down in the 11100 block of Bonwood Road.

Officers quickly arrived on scene and found a lifeless man in the carport area of the apartment complex with a gunshot wound to the head.

Firefighter paramedics arriving on scene shortly after pronounced the man deceased on scene.

The area was quickly cordoned off while detectives responded to the scene to investigate.

No suspect information or motive was immediately available.
