East Whittier: Wife Finds Husband Stabbed To Death Inside Home

09.28.2019 | 3:59 PM | EAST WHITTIER – A man was found stabbed to death inside a home when his wife arrived home, Saturday afternoon.

Authorities responded to reports of a man found down inside a home with multiple lacerations in the 15100 block of Hornell Street around 3:59 PM.

Units arriving on scene located an adult male inside a residence suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Firefighter paramedics pronounced the man deceased on scene.

Initial reports indicate the victim’s wife arrived home to find him down in a pool of blood.

Neighbors described the couple as outgoing and the host of holiday events for the community.

A homicide investigation is underway.
