East Hollywood: Man Gravely Injured After Being Rescued From Burning Home

02.26.2020 | 9:44 PM | LOS ANGELES – A man was gravely injured after being rescued from a burning home, late Wednesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a residential structure fire burning in the 600 block of North Ardmore Avenue in the East Hollywood area around 9:44 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a two-story home with heavy fire showing and initiated an aggressive fire attack.

While battling the flames, firefighters entered the home to search for victims and located one male.

Firefighters pulled the male from the home and transported him to an area hospital in grave condition.

The fire was extinguished within 20 minutes and the cause remains under investigation.
