Early Morning Garage Fire Destroys Vehicle, Damages Residence in Texas

11.12.2020 | 3:00 AM – JACINTO CITY, TX – Firefighters knocked down a blaze that consumed a garage and a vehicle early Thursday morning.

Jacinto City Firefighters responded to the reported blaze at 3 AM, located along the 10400 Block of Munn Street, arriving to find heavy fire from the rear of the structure.

The garage area and vehicle were fully involved, with an extension to the rear of the residence and a fully involved gas meter.

Most of the fire was knocked down within 30 minutes and Centerpoint was requested to help secure utilities.

All occupants were able to safely escape from the residence

HCFMO will make a determination on the cause of the blaze.
