DUI FATAL TC, Blacked Out Car Smashed In Riverside, CA

**ACCORDING TO THE CHP INLAND CAD, 0006 (STILL ON THE CAD FROM LAST NIGHT) THE TRAFFIC COLLISION WENT FATAL.** CHP CAD
According to Javier Navarro, PIO of California Highway patrol, Riverside office, On August 7, 2025, at approximately 0021 hours, CHP was dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle crash on eastbound SR-91, east of Central Avenue in Riverside. The driver of a black Honda Accord lost control, struck the center divider wall and became disabled in lanes. This solo crash was stabilized. The driver of a black Polestar sedan traveling eastbound on the SR-91 struck the Honda while disabled in lanes. The driver of the Honda was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries and was subsequently arrested for 23153 CVC- Felony Dui causing injury. The passenger of the Honda was transported to a local hospital as well with major injuries. The driver of the Polestar was uninjured and had not been drinking.
