DUI Driver Slams Into Multiple Parked Cars

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 7-23-24, 12:05 a.m.
LOCATION: 6000 Block of Stanton Ave
AREA/CITY: Buena Park
DETAILS:

1. Orange County Fire Authority and Buena Park Police Department responded to a reported traffic collision .
2. When they got on scene, they found a vehicle that had hit several parked cars, a telephone box on the sidewalk, then into a rod iron gate, trapping the driver.
3. Firefighters extricated the driver who was trapped for about 25 mins.
4. The driver was transported with unknown injuries to a local trauma center.
5. At this time, speed and alcohol does appear to be a factor in the crash.
