DUI Driver Crashes, Female Passenger Transported with CPR in Progress

DETAILS:

1. LAPD was driving and saw a single vehicle crash into the  RR crossing arms.
2. They pulled the passenger out and started CPR
3. The driver was taken into custody as other officers were conducting CPR
4. LAFD arrived and took over CPR. LAFD transported the female
5. The suspect can be seen watching them perform CPR in the rear of the ambulance
