DTLA: Pursuit Leads To Fatal OIS

DETAILS:
- LAPD attempted to pull a white sedan over on suspicion of a man with a gun.
- The driver refused to stop, and LAPD officers went in pursuit traveling at high speeds north on the 110 freeway
- The vehicle went east on the 10-freeway exiting at Maple. At least one person exited the vehicle and the vehicle sped away.
- Officers contacted the suspect and an officer-involved shooting took place.
- LAFD paramedics arrived and transported the suspect that was hit multiple times in grave condition.
- At this time there are no reports of officers injured.
- The shooting will be under investigation.
