1. A UBER (sticker in window) driver who appeared drunk drove his car through a crash scene (Universal Hydrant)
2. LAPD gave chase and chased him into Hollywood and then the Hollywood Hills
3. Suspect gave up in the hills and was taken into custody with his pants down
4. The suspect had a bloody face due to a prior crash at an unknown location
