Driver With NOS Balloon Arrested After Hour Long Pursuit

1. An hour-long pursuit comes to an end when the driver decides to crash a street takeover-style party in DTLA.
2. The driver was quickly caught with a balloon in hand, full of Nos, which they use to get a high. A Nos tank was found in the car.
3. It’s believed that the passenger was also arrested in the huge crowd.
4. LAPD quickly took the suspects and also drove the suspects car to another location away from the massive crowd in order to prevent a bigger scene.
