Driver Trapped In Burning Car After Slamming Into Semi | Fontana

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 3-5-23 3:05 AM LOCATION: Arrow Blvd. x Lime St. CITY: Fontana DETAILS: Driver rescued from burning SUV after crashing into the rear of a semi-truck trailer. The crash occurred at 3:05 AM in the 15400 Block of Arrow Blvd in Fontana on March 5th, 2023. Fire crews arrived to find a burning SUV with the driver still trapped inside. Crews immediately started to extinguish the fire which had spread to the trailer full of wooden pallets. A tow truck was requested to pull the SUV from the trailer with the driver still inside after attempts were made to remove the SUV with a fire engine failed.
