Driver Trapped After Two-Car Crash In Palmdale

At approximately 11:23 p.m. on May 3, 2026, emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle traffic collision near East Rancho Vista Boulevard and North Sierra Highway in Palmdale.

The first deputy on scene reported that one person was trapped inside a vehicle following the crash.

Firefighters spent approximately 15 minutes extricating the trapped individual before the patient was transported to Palmdale Regional Medical Center in advanced life support condition.

The occupant of the second vehicle reported no injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
