- On August 1st, 2025, at about 11:19 PM, San Bernardino PD, County Fire, and AMR responded to a reported traffic collision with extrication near Highland Avenue and Genevieve Street in San Bernardino.
- Units arrived and located a two-vehicle collision with the driver of a white van trapped inside the vehicle.
- Firefighters extricated the driver of the vehicle and transported him with unknown injuries to a local hospital.
- The other driver was also transported with minor injuries.
- San Bernardino PD closed Highland Avenue between North Sierra Way and Genevieve Street while they investigate the collision.
- The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
