Driver Slams into Parked Vehicles & Injures Sleeping Male

1. A male was parked and sleeping on a dead-end dirt road where the east side of Otay Mesa Rd ends.
2. Several vehicles are on this road, and several homeless people are staying there.
3. The female driver of the Honda was speeding eastbound on Otay Mesa Rd and ran the “STOP” sign at the intersection.
4. She entered the dirt-dead-end road and slammed into the Ford, where a male was sleeping inside.
5. The Honda continued and slammed into a truck, hitting other vehicles.
6. The female and the male were transported to a local hospital for their unknown injuries.
7. The female told the firefighters she thought she fell asleep and didn’t remember crashing.
