DETAILS:
- A male was parked and sleeping on a dead-end dirt road where the east side of Otay Mesa Rd ends.
- Several vehicles are on this road, and several homeless people are staying there.
- The female driver of the Honda was speeding eastbound on Otay Mesa Rd and ran the “STOP” sign at the intersection.
- She entered the dirt-dead-end road and slammed into the Ford, where a male was sleeping inside.
- The Honda continued and slammed into a truck, hitting other vehicles.
- The female and the male were transported to a local hospital for their unknown injuries.
- The female told the firefighters she thought she fell asleep and didn’t remember crashing.
