Driver on NOS Crashes into Traffic Light

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 9-19-24, 2:55 p.m.
LOCATION: E Lincoln Ave and S Rio Vista St.
AREA/CITY: Anaheim
DETAILS:

1. Anaheim police and Anaheim Fire and Rescue responded to a reported traffic collision with someone trapped.
2. Units arrived and found a single vehicle in a traffic signal light pole, knocking it over.
3. The patient was not trapped.
4. The car was traveling at a high rate of speed when it hit a pole and landed next to a Del Taco.
5. The man was transported to a local area hospital in an unknown condition.
6. There was a NOS (Nitrous oxide) tank in the car, and it has been verified that the driver was under the influence of the NOS.
